Coory Engineering realized they were paying too much and the didn’t care much for the service.
At end of contract, we upgraded the system to the NS700 reusing some of the existing phones and added upgraded internet and SIP Trunks.
The reliability is now much better and the costs were reduced significantly. We can manage phone calls going offsite if we need to within minutes. Particularly handy with the Covid shutdown.
