We were recently contacted by Riverview golf course in Santa Ana requesting some service needs for their Panasonic KX-TDA50 digital telephone system and their KX-TVA50 voice mail System. The majority of the service consisted of some program changes on both the phone system and the voice mail system. We will be scheduling the software upgrades to bring the voice mail system to current and that will complete the streamlining of the operation.
Messages for golf lessons and T times were inaccessible. These play heavy on the reputation of the course if requests of these types go unanswered to customers. We have corrected these issues and implemented some other improvements to make the communication flow much smoother.
