Ohana Wellness center is just opening its doors to the community to serve a variety of practices for a complete health solution. There is acupuncture, acupressure, chiropractic, medical doctors, and exercise areas for physical therapy.

Ohana wellness chose the Panasonic KX-NCP 1000 IP telephone system with the KX-NT343 sets and the KX-TVA50 voicemail system. they will occupy three suites at 441 E. Carson in Carson, Ca. The Telnes T1 will bring in the Broadvox SIP trunks to support not only the center but the colocated Farmers Insurance office.

The NCP1000 will easily manage the trunking requirements of both companies and maintain local communications from one company to the other. the KX-NT700 conference room speakerphone will serve as the voice in the conference room for whatever event may be being held.

Dinsmore and Associates is a rapid part manufacturer. They deal in one off and prototype pieces to put ideas into product form. This helps the concepts take life and show prospects exactly how the idea implements and serves the needs of the prospects.

The business is growning and needs to be flexible within the current building, so they chose the Panasonic NCP500 to support VOIP phones knowing that the portability of the instrument will make growth easier and more affordable. The implemetation was simple as we put the new instruments on the desktop and turned them up before the old ever came down.

The voicemail system reaches out to notify by phone call and also email with voice attached. They are using a PRI as the trunk side and KX-NT346 sets to support theier intenal as well as external communications. the Panasonic KX-TVA50 voicemail keeps the customers and the staff always in touch.

Freddies Radiator, Artesia, California.

Freddies Radiator has been using the Panasonic Digital Systems for many years. a few years ago we added the cell phone, KXT 7684 cell phone sets, to increase the connectivity of the staff and management to the back of the building where they work on larger vehicles. They not only repair radiators on foreign and domestic cars, then service semi truck and buses. They have served the area for over 30 years.

The Panasonic system continues to run year after year in an auto repair environment.

R. Garments KX-TDE 100

R. Garments is a successful clothing products company in Commerce, Ca. They have recently expanded thier facility to take on space adjacent to the existing offices and warehouse. To give them connectivit between the two buildinges, we put a Telnes T1 in place to create a VPN to the new location.

We installed Panasonic KX-NT343 sets that work in conjunction with the data flow between the two buildings. We upgraded the old KX-TDA cabinet to use KX-TDE software and implemented virtual IP cards to expand the communication systems as they continue to grow.

Marples Gears KX-TDA 50

We installed a new Panasonic KX-TDA 50 phone system with the KXTVA50 Voicemail system today replacing the antiquated ATT Partner system that was failing to maintain calls.

They now have handsfree answerback on the phones, Paging throughout the shop, Caller ID and a Cell Phone capable of roaming the office or shop and managing calls from wherever the cell phone may be. Jeff gets 30% of the calls and now can be reached wherever he is located.

Local voicemail is now part of thier operation so messages can be left easily for someone presently unavailable.

Marples Gears manufactures many different types of gears for many functions from landing on the moon to flushing the toilet in commercial aircraft. Talk about a time when the gears really have to work, the 5 mile high flush is no time for failure.

Critical Environments KX-TDA 50

I have had the privilege of serving Critical Environments for the last three years or so. They were just about to complete their new building on Randolph in Costa Mesa, Ca, when they called looking for a new Telephone System.

I showed them the KXTDA50 Digital Telephone system along with the KXTVA50 Voicemail System and they liked what they saw. I helpled them get service with Telepacific to support thier voice and data needs. I asked Marc Winger of Zephyr Networks if he would help then with network side of their new office and a team was formed to implement all of the technological requirements of thier new offices.

We used the KX-T7633 sets and used notification to help get messages to the job as soon as they came in the door. Critical Environments continues to grow and fill the space of thier new facilty with dependable service from the Panasonic products as well as the computer products installed and serviced by Zephyr Networks.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church KX-TDA 50

Richard of Bethleham Lutheran Church in Los Alamitos, Ca, called saying they had a phone that was not working. I responded and found that the old Merlin system has one instrument not working. I did some testing and found the problem in the cable. In a closet someone had rested a flag pole on the phone system connectoer block and in doing so, shorted out the phone to the classroom.

Richard was aware that the space was used periodically for storage in that manner and so I showed him where the cable connecter was located and advised him to check this spot should the phone fail again. He advised people that use that closet and the problem did not return.

The system was near end of lease and so when the lease was us, we talked about installing a new KX-TDA50 system with KX-T7633 handsets from Panasonic and install KN-TVA50 voicemail to better notify important people of events. the system has worked trouble free since installation.

Bordo Mold Trillium Panther Telephone System

Bordo mold has been using a key system to accommodate their communication needs for over 20 years. Their Trillium system manufactured by Mitel continues to work and repay them daily for their investment.

Their offices are able to reach to the multiple manufacturing areas to communicate with the employees easily and efficiently using the paging system connecting the buildings as well at the phone system.

Their ability to cut metal into exciting designs has spawned a custom motorcycle wheel company utilizing many of the high end tools used in the primary business.
