With the Covid stay at home and the ending of a painfully expensive hosted solution for about 100 seats, I was asked to review and offer a better solution. I put upgraded internet, five times faster, in at about 2/3 of the cost of the old plan. I then implemented the NS700 in conjunction with a restructuring of the seating. We can forward calls out to the realtors as simple as transferring to their desk. Overall cost reductions are over 60%. This is a big help in the troubling times of Covid.
