We have updated the system to the Panasonic NS700 and brought SIP trunks to the system. We were able to find there were several lines being billed but no being used. They are realizing an upgraded internet and a savings of over $3000.00 per month on their new configuration. In this case many managers of the past would not look at this as it “wasn’t broken”.
