Sodaro Winery first approached me with the request to record all customer calls to be reviewed by the owner “at the breakfast table” or whenever else he wanted. We first implemented the NS700 with Mobil apps.  We ran into some issues with the local network so we moved to a Hosted NSv Connect solution with only apps on cell phones. The portal access better suited their needs as there are times when changes needed to be made on the fly.
