Being in manufacturing, the environment for the phone system and the handsets are a bit challenging, but the entire system continues to serve them daily. They upgraded to the Panasonic KX-TVA 50 voice mail system when their old Callware system finally quit. Hard drives are like brakes and tires in that they quit. The voice mail system is now run on an SD chip so no moving parts.
